Verified Renter Management staff unhelpful. Property is infested with copperhead snakes. Management does nothing for snakes on property. Place is falling apart and costs way too much $$ for this run down complex.

Verified Renter So far we have had a great experience. Maintenance has been good at helping us with any issues that have come up. Somebody should have told me the office room was not as well insulated as the rest of the house...... a little bit cold in winter. Some of the finish work could have been improved. Great staff at the lease office, always happy to answer our questions and extremely helpful.

Verified Renter Too much money for a falling apart complex. Management never tells you when maintenance is coming. Management is useless. This place is so much money it is not even worth it.
