Verified Renter I really like living here. The office staff is so friendly and responsive whenever you need something. The maintenance team is wonderful. Get along great with my neighbors. There is a dog park for my dog to sit next to me instead of play. There is a small gym to workout in anytime day or night. Everything is in both walking and driving distance and the ability to get to all the major surrounding cities with no hassle is amazing. The neighborhood is very woodsy, and for the most part quiet and quaint!

Great location My family loves it here at Woodlyn. We’ve lived here for 7 years and have never had any major issues. Staff has always been kind and responsive. Our kids are in the best school district. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Verified Renter Community has two pools, with gas grills which is nice in the summer. There are bees around trash cans though so you have to be careful sometimes.
