I moved into my unit today, 5/31/2024, to find it filled with roaches, rotten wood, black mold, and broken door which was clearly broken due to someone breaking in prior. They then switched me, my girlfriend and her two kids to another until which was nice to the eye. It was clean, no mold, and didn't have bugs etc. But once we moved all our belongings inside we noticed it wouldn't cool down in our apartment. Verified Renter As always, I love my space but feel that our building is neglected. The breezeway is dirty, all of the window seals have failed, there are gaping potholes in the parking lot that were painted (!!) a year ago. The lines in the parking lot remain only partially painted.

Verified Renter The staff are nice and the floorplans are large, but the buildings are old and dated and there is a lot of trash and broken glass etc in the common areas.

My electric bill is ranging from 700.00 a month I call Duke and they said my meter is good they told me it’s something in the apartment. Verified Renter I have been generally quite happy with my life here at Woodlyn on the Green. My favorite thing about the neighborhood is how quiet it is here and how beautiful the greenway is right behind my apartment. On the downside, my roof was leaking the day I moved in and the company raised my rent for the second year.
