Verified Renter The apartment has mold all over. Even in the walls. I am a very clean person and even scrubbed the walls but they are still moldy. There are also cockroaches and other bugs constantly. The carpet is old and gross and needs to be replaced. The office staff took 5 months to go over my paperwork to resign my lease. They told me they had a notary and when I brought my paper to the notary there she didn't do it correctly at all, so I ended up having to go to a notary at a bank to have them redo the paperwork.
