Verified Renter My experience hasn't been great so far. Staff doesn't answer the phones and the one who does doesn't help. I'm paying for WIFI through the complex that I can't use and no one cares to respond. The marijuana usage from one of my neighbors is insane and the smell fills my apartment. Even after contacting police several times, the office hasn't responded to any emails or calls I've made to address the issue and I have to go in the office to even speak to someone. Verified Renter Management is friendly in person, but it is so hard to get a hold of them, even on their own website/messaging portal. They also seem to not actually make changes or do anything about issues in the apartments, even when residents address them (cleanliness of gyms, safety around the pools, updates sent via the online portal, smoking on grounds despite being a smoke free area, etc). It has been frustrating to say when it appears management totally disregards what is going on on grounds at the apartments.

Verified Renter I truly enjoy where I live. My plan is to live at Woodlyn on the Green until I buy a house. Apartment is spacious and nice. They have changed management but the office is still great. The maintaince crew is excellent.

Verified Renter Woodlyn on the Green is located in a beautiful area. However, the apartment complex is 40 years old and you can tell once living here. I pay luxury prices for an apartment that has original cabinetry and countertops that have chips everywhere. Several of my doors don't even close. My mantle broke causing my tv to crash to the floor and shatter. It's been very disappointing, to say the least.
