Verified Renter So far so good. The application process was smooth sailing, and the leasing staff are friendly. I haven’t walk my unit fully, but surface level seems good. The apps, website are easy to use. Everything is good so far. WILL UPDATE

Verified Renter My resident experience itself is not bad. I just wish my apartment was less outdated. It’s 2024, all apartments should look a certain way and be held up to a certain standard. I’m just used to luxury living and unfortunately, my apartment doesnt meet the standards that i am used to. That’s my only complaint/issue/concern.

Verified Renter Right now as far as what I've seen, I'll give this place 4 stars. It's really quiet and somewhat serene hear. The amenities are nice and seem to be taken care of. My only real gripe and concern is how thin these walls are. Other than that I'm very happy with everything so far.

Verified Renter Took a little longer than expected to get the things I found wrong in the apartment to get fixed. However they did get fixed. Other than that I have been impressed with the care of the grounds by the employees. They seem to be everywhere doing all kinds of stuff

Verified Renter I like the apartment, but somethings were not complete at move in, and I am still waiting for the issues to be completed. Even though the issues are minor it should not have taken this long to complete.
