Verified Renter It is a good community. I love the dog park for my dog and the fitness center for working out. Me, my kids, and dog are enjoying it so far. Can't wait until the pools are open!

Verified Renter Tyonna was really nice during this process! Mya too! Very sweet and nice ladies. Apartments give cozy comfortable vibes. The way the buildings look Reminds me of cozy cabins. Luxury cabins lol. I like it. Feels like HOME.

Verified Renter It gives and takes. You get your money's worth. I wish they were stricter on smoking. I have someone below who smokes weed and my whole apartment is filled with the smell. Gross.

It went by quickly & I got all the information I needed from the manager & everybody communicated with me throughout the whole process. It was pretty simple. I enjoy my neighborhood & the area I live in. My son & I are very comfortable.

Verified Renter Maintenance extremely slow and water bug issues. If you try to follow up with any issues, you do not get any answers. There is never any communication when they need to turn off your water or when/if maintenance will respond to the inquiry
Verified Renter Everyone is so friendly plus all the amenities that are available. Plus I found out on the cable package you get some streaming services for free which helps you save some money.
Verified Renter Very quiet neighborhood being close to mostly everything you need like grocery stores and restaurants. Maintenance when needed come and fix the jobs. They are older with minor inconsistencies but would still recommend.
