Verified Renter The staff are nice, but it is hard to get ahold of them. The maintenance used to be good years ago, but has gone downhill the last few years.

Verified Renter The management process at the leasing office is super nice, and the people are quite friendly, however, when it comes to making work orders for the apartment, they are a little slower when answering the call. I don't know if that can be due to the fact that my inconvenience occurred the week of July 4th, or if it is simply slow. I think that is the only thing they need to improve for now.

Verified Renter I love the apartment community. I just wish apartments were kept up better. The apartments need a good power wash and I think window units should not be allowed.

Verified Renter location and office people are very nice.The grounds are always kept up and the pool area is so nice.I can afford the rent.I wish they had cameras in the pool area to help keep out people that don;t live here

Verified Renter For what I pay for rent, place is okay. I dont like when they close the pool down for things other residents and their guests do. Location is great for downtown Cary.
