Verified Renter I love the apartment community. I just wish apartments were kept up better. The apartments need a good power wash and I think window units should not be allowed.

Verified Renter location and office people are very nice.The grounds are always kept up and the pool area is so nice.I can afford the rent.I wish they had cameras in the pool area to help keep out people that don;t live here

Verified Renter For what I pay for rent, place is okay. I dont like when they close the pool down for things other residents and their guests do. Location is great for downtown Cary.

Verified Renter I just moved in three days ago and so far so good. The area is so convenient, the staff is friendly and the apartment is amazing! I had a few minor things to address with maintenance and they handled everything so quickly. I love it so far!
