Verified Renter Other than the base rent being decently priced, there is not a ton to be excited about living here. Communication with leasing office is little to none, lots of maintenance issues and stolen packages. If cost of living weren’t so high I would’ve moved out a long time ago.

Verified Renter Mice problems, dog poop and trash everywhere, the basketball goals/ tennis nets are always in disrepair. Nice area. Great square footage for the price. But gross problems that need to be resolved by property management.

Verified Renter This place is a waste of money. Leasing staff are not helpful. Place is snake infested and when I called management they told me there was nothing they could do. The HVAC system is so loud you cannot hear yourself think. There is no insulation so you freeze in the cold. This place is an absolute dump and they charge and insane amount of money. I would never recommend this place. In fact, I make it a point to tell everyone how bad it is
