Great location My family loves it here at Woodlyn. We’ve lived here for 7 years and have never had any major issues. Staff has always been kind and responsive. Our kids are in the best school district. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Verified Renter Community has two pools, with gas grills which is nice in the summer. There are bees around trash cans though so you have to be careful sometimes.

Verified Renter It is gross here I have mice, roaches, and wasps. The sunroom is all cracked and gross. No one at the leasing office picks up the phone. Don’t move here unless you love little animals in all of your belongings?? locations is great though.

Verified Renter An affordable cozy place to live. It’s quiet and super convenient . I love that we have a gym and a trail too. Some things could be better but it’s ok for the price. They did raise the rent but after disputing it, it was a very small increase. It did scared me a lot when I revived the initial notice. Don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself in any rental situation, I was happy management worked with me to keep my home in my budget.
