Verified Renter Woodland on the Green is wonderful. I have more positive than negatives things to say about living hear. It’s close to all things in Cary, maintenance is quick and efficient, and everyone in the front office is kind. Main concerns are just the bugs that come in the summer time. Not much natural sunlight due to the trees but you get used to it. Just motivation to get outside a little more to explore the trails. Last minor concern are the footsteps from above, but can’t do too much about the ceiling walls.

Verified Renter I have had an okay experience here. The apartments need updating. I feel safe though and have a roof over my head. Our carpet was disgusting since move in.

Verified Renter Lived here for two years and it’s fine. Nothing to write home about but also not bad. Rent prices are insanely high all around so I do not believe you get what you should for the price point but that is the case for every apartment in NC right now.

Verified Renter I don't know if maintenance is understaffed or they just don't care. Luckily i work in maintenance myself so most issues are things i can handle on my own. But literally every time i put in a work order it does not get done. And i know they're showing up because i get a notification when they enter my place if i'm not there. Most things are pretty great about living here, but if a competent maintenance department is essential for you in your community, i'd avoid this place

Not a place to stay long but its ok Lived here for 3 years before moving out due to my mortgage being cheaper then rent, apt falling apart due to little maintenance or incorrect repairs. If you need a place you lay your head this is a good place but be sure not to stay for long.
