Verified Renter Management is unresponsive 90% of the time. We have to email, put in work orders, and go to the office multiple times to get a response from them. Our refrigerator has been working on and off, and because of this we had to throw out a lot of food because it had gone bad. They have not been able to fix our fridge and are now not responding to our request to replace it.
