Verified Renter Definitely love the area and amenities available! A lot of greenery and plenty of sidewalks to get some time out in nature. I wish my apartment was cleaner when I moved in. There were many dust bunnies on the walls, vents, and ceilings to get rid of.

Verified Renter Passable place to live. I live here near where you can get to the mail box and to the pool and to the gym. And there is a dumpster at the parking lot area.

Verified Renter Too much $$ for rent for what you get. Always litter outside, copperheads on the sidewalks and no one addressed the issue. The rent should be hundreds less as it is not luxury at all. Bugs are everywhere and landscaping is that brush like material which attracts bugs, snakes and other critters. The leasing office is very lazy. They never contact you when maintenance is coming.

Verified Renter The amenities are nice! They are also good about getting maintenance out here when I need something repaired. There are some things that are older in the apartment but they definitely come out to fix things when I have asked. I had 2 mice because of gaps in the wall in closet, but the pest people came out to look. The office ladies are very nice and help us put in maintenance requests quickly. We love the greenways.
