Verified Renter Too much money for a falling apart complex. Management never tells you when maintenance is coming. Management is useless. This place is so much money it is not even worth it.

Verified Renter Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. The staff has been communicative and helpful with signing my lease. The community is in a great location and has awesome access to the Greenway.

Verified Renter The people here are friendly and the rent is reasonable. There are some cosmetic things that could be better, but most are minor. I have had no issues so far with the property managers. It does seem like the walls are super thin; I hear my neighbors outside and upstairs pretty easily. But overall, I am pleased with my experience here so far. Great location, too.

Verified Renter Nice area with lots of trees and close to walking trails. The neighbors are usually quiet. The gym has most of the workout equipments and the pool is kept clean most of the time. Overall really enjoy staying here.
