Verified Renter Great location and great sized apartments. Walk in closest, nice size laundry room in unit, sun room giving you an extra enclosed space, and nice sized living and dining rooms.

Verified Renter The place is okay, the layout is nice but the walls are thin so we can hear the neighbors, even when they shower upstairs we always hear it quite loudly at night. I feel like that is typical for older apartments though.

Verified Renter It’s been okay. There is definitely a pest problem that is handled without much diligence at least on the first floor. Apartments are spacious and have a nice layout. Grounds are not maintained it’s January and they finally have someone come to clean the gutters…. With a leaf blower. He stood on the roof and blew all the gunk into the walkway.

The others living in our section have been really friendly and helpful, I am glad we made the decision to move to Woodlyn.

Verified Renter I love my new apartment. Resha was extremely helpful throughout the process. There a goody bag upon my arrival, super sweet. There was some confusion when using Updater to get my place ready. For instance, I didn’t know certain services were already included and purchased packages from the app thinking it was a requirement. Other than that, everything has been super easy and clear. Great experience.
