Customer service is terrible. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone whether you reach out via email, phone, fb, twitter. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get a response that is helpful and all the team can reply back with is "what's the email your whoop account is under?" even after it's been provided on more than one occasion. 10/10 do not recommend.

customer service is abysmal there is literally no number for Australian customers to call. The data is severely delayed (I don't get sleep reports until the afternoon) that's with leaving the app open and running and when it does come in its wildly unaccurate. Severely dissapointed in this products performance considering the large amount of money I paid for it.

@whoop you’re band gave me a terrible wrist irritation. I contacted customer service and provided pics. I was told I would have my service canceled and sent packaging to return your product. Fast forward almost two months and multiple emails. Still have not received that return packaging and your company has the nerve to still bill me the $30 per month even now!!!!!! Never been so disappointed in a company. Please make this right.

WHOOP is awesome! I was an early adopter and went through a few initial versions of the straps as the clasps would break really easily (I'm very active, doing strength training and am an avid tennis player). Each and every time, WHOOP responded quickly and provided me a replacement strap. The most important thing WHOOP has done for me is improve my sleep habits. Being able to see how sleep impacts my health using data is a game changer healthwise. I can't imagine not having my WHOOP!
