I've been using Whoop for 8 months now and found it to be a complete game changer in indicating how hard my training should be. Interesting to see how many things can change how I recover. Whoop are constantly improving the software and adding new features which is great to see too!

Whoop holds me accountable. Before Whoop I often felt like I was getting a good workout when maybe I wasn’t and I was for sure over training at times. Whoop has helped me develop better sleep, eating and drinking habits. I feel better than I ever have in my life. Thanks whoop! I wish they had a better way to find/build local teams though! Otherwise one of the best investments I have EVER made!
I acquired in order to get smarter about training and my tendency to overtrain. If you listen to the whoop podcasts and read the whitepapers in “the locker” tab you will greatly benefit. The sleep info is compelling, perhaps even life changing. Ditto seeing your stats when you drink too much or eat too late. Are there issues and glitches? Sure. It is an early stage company! Ich habe mein Whoop 3.0 seit einem Jahr und trage es täglich. Der Akku hält bis zu 5 Tage. Die Werte Recovery, Sleep und Strain helfen mir mein Training, Ernährung und Erholung anzupassen. Ich hatte bislang keine Hardware oder Softwareprobleme mit einem iPhone 7, Version 13.3.1. Die teilweise negativen Berichte kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Absolutely love the WHOOP! I’ve had it for 9 months and the data that it tracks has been a brilliant to help me understand my body and what effects it. Fantastic!! Highly recommend!!
I’ve been using whoop since 2017 and I love it. I’ve never been very good about getting enough sleep and sometimes I’m still not, but whoop has helped me improve greatly. It is also very helpful tracking my progress with marathon training so I can see the red flags from overtraining sooner before it becomes an issue that causes an injury.
I started using whoop after trying a competitor of theirs. Whoop definitely gives me a more rounded view of my strain and how I’m recovering. The battery life is also better than the others I’ve researched. I’ve found the tracking to be reliable when comparing to my Apple Watch (HR, etc). The new journal feature allows me to see what’s working for me and against me. Love Whoop.
