RecommendedAs an athlete that is prone to injuries this strap is AMAZING. The data and analytics are constantly changing to keep up with the newest technologies. I also love that they ask users to be beta testers and really value our opinions to make an amazing product even better.
RecommendedI’m classified much more as a “recreational fitness enthusiast” than an athlete, but I’ve had the Whoop for four months and I love it. I’ve learned so much about my intrinsic workings. For example: 1. I don’t sleep nearly as much as I thought, 2. I now have hard evidence of being always run-down around That Time of the Month, mentally and physically, and 3. it really, REALLY matters what I eat and when. I’ve been able to use this data to tailor my habits and generally treat myself better, and my entire life is better for it.... read more

I have had a terrible experience with customer service. It basically is nonexistent. I called the company and the phone rings and rings. I have sent messages through the website pleading for a representative to contact me with no response. My WHOOP strap is defective and I need a replacement. I think the “company“ is a phony front for a Chinese manufacturer. COMPLETE DISAPPPOINTMENT!

Have been using Whoop for over a year now and have had no issues that weren’t resolved professionally and in good time.
