What an incredible piece of hardware with even better software. The device is not only helping me to train better it is also helping me to maximize my rest with the less sleep I get with a new born or while traveling. It changed my life for the better. RecommendedI don’t know why people down the company. I’ve had nothing but great service and an even better experience. Sure the band isn’t perfect. I don’t expect perfection but it’s far better than most technology I’ve tried. I love the sleep feature as well as my recovery. I’ve been following the trend of my RHR. It’s cool to see how stress, alcohol, etc. effect your recovery and sleep. I’d highly recommend trying it out. If you don’t like it just cancel after 6 months. RecommendedWHOOP is amazing. When worn properly on my bicep it matches beat to beat with my Garmin HR chest monitor. It gives good metrics especially sleep and recovery. Customer supports is always helpful and fairly quick. When mine quit connecting to Bluetooth they sent me a replacement free of charge.
