It was cool in the beginning but after a while it quits working so well. The info you get after the first couple weeks is redundant and unnecessary. I paid $30 a month for 6 months. Truthfully the only reason that I used it after month 1 is because of the 6 month contract. Another problem with the Whoop is that after you cancel your subscription it is useless! You can't even use it locally with no backups.
RecommendedI absolutely love this band. Such good information on what’s going on inside your body for workouts, recovery, and sleep. Highly recommend the whoop.
It's like having a Parent and a Coach on my arm at the same time lol. But seriously, I like it and it's been worth the money. The tech is nice and accurate, but not distracting. I like that it's just for my fitness and wellbeing. It's not constantly vibrating and bugging me about little things to the point that I'm obsessing.
Couldn't get it to stay sync'd to the app, battery life wasn't enough to wear for a work day. Returned it after 6 days and true to their word they refunded me...minus $18 dollars to ship a tiny box from CA to CO. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS FOR 1/4" POUND VIA GROUND. So basically I paid $18 to try a defective product that I waited a month for.
the device and app are an integral part of my life now. I've started holding myself more accountable for my poor health actions or inactions because I can now see it in the form of accurate and consistent data, which I've compared to other products I own. WHOOP has been truly life changing. thank you, WHOOP.
This thing is awesome. Highly recommend it for any athlete !
Allow users to purchase the band and app for a one time fee, instead of gouging customers every single month in perpetuity. Sleazy business model.
