Echoing what everyone else is saying, really really terrible customer service. I can barely even get a response and it's been 2 weeks. The product has been fun to use, but holy cow for $30/month they should be bending over backwards to fix problems. Here are some concrete suggestions: 1. Short term, re-allocate marketing and product resources to focus on clearing the support backlog. Reach out to every ticket, acknowledge the issue, pledge to make it right, and give a realistic time frame to resolution 2. Hire someone with e... read more

Agree on poor customer service. There is little focus on fostering a happy customer. Also, from a technical perspective, I don't think the reps really understand the product. From a product perspective, it does not do a good job tracking sleep and its nearly impossible to get it to recognize my crossfit activities. I love the concept of what the Whoop promotes, but the execution is poor.

Still don't recommend product but they made it right. Credited my account for both 30 and 120. Will return and edit my review if that credit does not roll through.

Make a product that works consistently and if it doesn't then provide better customer service

So really concerned about quality. I am experiencing an issue that has been brought up in several reviews. The whoop band was initially charged and working in the first few days. I am intrigued by the “preliminary” data. However, it is not charging with the included battery charger. There is no way to directly contact customer service - and it sounds like the email back and goth is ridiculous.

I am not at all a fan of the whoop strap 3.0, to the point where I do not wear it at all anymore. If you don't like it after 30 days your screwed do to the obligation of having to pay for a contract without ever having enjoyed the product in the first place. Aside from the terrible pricing model, the thing does little in the way of anything other than measure your heart rate and give analytics based on the info. I found that similar devices that record the same info gave different results(i.e a fitbit). It pretty much failed... read more
