As others have stated, their customer service is terrible. This is surprising as the strap is glitchy and they use a subscription pricing model. In addition to that, they charge exorbitant prices for accessories like extra straps and battery chargers. You'd think they want to encourage their customers to continue paying for the service 🤔.

Still on 1st week with Whoop. Finding my way slowly round the app & figuring what does what. A lot to learn / number crunching all that data. Mostly used for general well being & sleep data. Looking forward to see what data gets pumped out & how to make it work for me.

Amazing product! If you have fitness goals, the Whoop can be a guiding force to achieve them.

Not worth the money. Buy an Apple Watch or something comparable at least at the end you own a watch that has a ton more functionality. All the money you are paying is just to use the app. Just finished my subscription and the strap is now worthless. After spending $180 it should at least work as a HR monitor. I can see no longer having access to data storage and tends to tack your fitness and recovery but it will not even connect to use a HR monitor or cals spent now. Feel as though I threw away $180 for nothing tangible.

The data this thing gives you is awesome. But if you hit a problem, the support is atrocious. My band stopped syncing a week ago, and will not go into sync mode. I’ve emailed support, sent videos of the issue etc. Never mind the fact that it takes 24 hours or more to get a response, the proposed solution I got back was “we will have our engineers look into it.” Um, what? You sell a subscription. I can’t use it because the equipment is defective. This is like cable or internet. If it doesn’t work, you replace the equipment. O... read more
