Game changing for elevating overall health! My WHOOP has helped change my overall habits when it comes to diet exercise and sleep. Once you experiment with utilizing the data to your advantage you truly realize how good you can feel when manipulating small changes (ex. sleep environment, food choices, hydration) WHOOP also posts extraordinary podcasts & blogs to help support understanding the product's intricacies - you do not have to be an elite athlete to reap the benefits!

So... Just received my new WHOOP strap, and man am I DISSAPOINTED! I've read every article on how to wear it, watch the tutorials and made sure its EXACTLY as it should be, and yet according to the data, while sitting on the couch my resting heart rate is 110. Normally my heart rate while at rest is in the mid to low 50's, so you can imagine my surprise. The act of standing up put me at 133, and when I really pushed myself and walked to the kitchen I was in the 150's! I'm pretty sure my Casio from 1982 would be more accurate... read more

Battery pack won’t charge. Reached out to membership via email. Sent what was required and still waiting to hear back. I sent my first email Wednesday night! Which my whoop has died due to no charger. What’s the point of paying for a membership if you can’t even turn on your whoop to use. I’m literally having to ask friends to borrow their chargers in the mean time! Customer Service is AWFUL. Ive written several emails. even just asking to cancel my membership at this point. TL;DR : Great idea, OK execution, awful customer service, horrible attitude towards customers. The good: Fantastic idea, some great metrics, nice that it's mostly backed up by research. New features get added (Respiratory Rate tracking). App generally works well. Hardware is well-designed, the charger is clever. The bad: Accuracy is questionable - auto-detect of sleep is sometimes wrong, and when manually fixing, the HRV and RHR suddenly jump when they shouldn't. I use my WHOOP to improve my physical health and monitor some helpful aspects of my mental health. I've found it profoundly helpful. I had a problem with my sleep auto detect(and activity detection) and accurate data at first but a quick reach out to customer service fixed the problem. Sent my WHOOP some kind of software patch from her end and a big part of the problem was how I was wearing it. the directions lie lol its gotta be kinda high up and tight almost to discomfort. I subscribed to this app. After 35 days (it seemed cool up until then) there appeared to be a software glitch and I now cannot reconnect my strap. When I log in, membership message states my account will continue once my strap is connected. I have reached out to support and membership for the last 9 days. I cannot get anyone to reply. Do NOT purchase this service. There is absolutely NO customer service. I unfortunately pre-paid for 18 months! The only way they can improve is to respond to their customers.

They could give i sh*t about the product the push lord know they make enough money of it, They could also fire whoever is running the customer dis service center.. I forgot there is no one in customer services center.
