How about answer emails and refund in a prompt manner? Been waiting since June 10 for a refund and no reply to emails
Cancelled membership and returned band within the trial membership. Despite this - credit card has just been charged. I have so many emails with customer service after a lengthy returns process and to make sure everything was cancelled. Fraudulent transaction - this is really not fair.
Absolutely diabolical service. Wore the strap for 5 days and decided I’d like to return it. Have been given the run around ever since and the strap is still sat by my front door in its box.....oh and they’ve taken another payment since. Ridiculous
Terrible product, data is practically random most days. Tips are useless - tells you you sleep 0.5% more after sharing your bed. Statistically significant? Even if it was, useful? Run by complete dorks, listen to their podcasts and you will understand it perfectly. Customer service is abysmal.
Twice now, with two different straps, I’ve had an issue where the strap will lose connectivity and then won’t repair itself. The strap will flash one red and three white lights and pairing will fail. The online information about pairing a strap is completely unhelpful and simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact support about this and their response has been completely unhelpful. Only had my WHOOP now for two weeks sent customer services a message about a problem I was having, mainly to get some advice I got a quick response with some helpful tips and also I got sent a bicep band to help me get a perfect fit, I’ve seen all the other reviews on here mostly bad but for me they’ve been absolutely brilliant.
Terrible customer service.
We are a family of WHOOP users - and love it! My husband and youngest daughter are very athletic and use the data to help them with their fitness performance. I am using it primarily to help with sleep performance (understanding what I do that impacts my sleep positively or negatively) and for the respiratory rate indication. Starting to get more active and like to see how my efforts impact my calorie burn and my strain.
