I have had a Whoop now since last October and it truly has made a huge difference in my health and wellness. I have made adjustments to my sleep, recovery and exercise habits based on the reports. After almost a year I canceled this AM. I just couldn’t rationalize paying the $30 dollars a month any longer. $360 for a year. Plus the extra battery I bought for $50 bucks. Wish there was a way after paying for so long they would offer anything, something... Product was great pricing structure just did not make sense to me.
Its also incredibly hard to open, when I first got it, it took two people, a credit card, and over an hour of prying to open it just to put it on, second time took 15 mins but still damaged finger nails and hurt fingers so now I stretch the band over my hand to put it on which looks like its ruining it. The strap dies after 3-4 days which its advertised with 5 day charge, with the battery pack on to charge it, the strap gets hot to the point where its very uncomfortable and honestly scary. Junk science! Data makes absolutely no sense for $30 a month. Days when I have no sleep...recovered...days when I’m feeling great...get some rest! Buy a Garmin! Don’t waste your money unless you want a heart rate monitor. 🤷🏾♀️
I have had the Whoop for two weeks and it’s been awesome! Highly recommend it. I am starting to get a better handle on all the data that I get daily and it’s helping me to understand my body even more.
Burned the skin on my wrist but Whoop insists that you wear it 24/7 to optimize. Run, don't walk.
It's been a month since I returned my band (well within the alotted 30 day return period) and they have yet to cancel my plan. They have since charged me for another month and I cannot manually cancel my plan online without paying $120. I was told by customer service that I would be refunded the monthly charge when they process my band (within 5-7 days of receiving it) which has not happened yet, and I have my ups confirmation to prove it got there a month ago.
