I cannot get anyone in customer service to address my lack of strap connectivity. The issue was supposed to be forwarded to engineering but I have not heard anything back and it’s been a week. Very disappointing customer service.
Customer service is terrible. Ive been waiting days for them to respond to an email(I’ve sent multiple with no response) Been a customer for about a year and it quit connecting. (Think the internal battery has died). I just can’t understand how a company like this has such an awful customer support strategy.
Extremely poor customer service.
I compared the Whoop with an Apple Watch and an Oura ring the past two months. Whoop doesn’t track fitness as easily and accurately as the Apple Watch and doesn’t track sleep as well as the Oura Ring. The Whoop strap is okay, and I like that it’s a bracelet/strap, and they have good color/style options, but it just doesn’t have any feature that something else doesn’t do better. Also, Whoop makes you commit to a 6 month membership which is BS!!! Even after I reached out and said I was unsatisfied, I still had to pay out the r... read more
Poor customer service, and the battery pack is complete garbage. Battery pack lasted 31 days. Great concept and liked it when it worked. But due to the 2 issues I mentioned earlier, I would say not worth the money.
Hidden payment fee's. Poor quality on battery. Slow server connection. Look elsewhere for fitness watch.
Possibly one if the worst gimmicks I have ever seen. I fell for the marketing and claims (maybe they are true? I'll never know because my Whoop would never pair properly). Customer service is a joke, like many on here have said. I have tried every trick posted to get the strap to pair...it worked for all of 45 minutes and then unpaired. Sorry...if you're going to put a product like this out to the masses it should actually work. I have sent for a return label. I am sure I'll get ripped on the return and charged some ridiculo... read more
I've read a lot of negative posts on this page about the customer service and thought I would drop a note that I personally have had a wonderful experience with WHOOP over the last 9 months of being a member. I recently misplaced the band and was able to arrange for a replacement within 2 days with the help of a customer service representative named Quinten. If you're interested in the product, don't let the negative reviews put you off -just go for it, you won't regret it! :)
My battery broke within 6 months of subscribing. Customer service was so slow and obnoxious in their response that I just broke down and bought a new one. Same thing with the band that kept falling off. No reply from customer service for over a week, just broke down and bought a new one since I subscribed for 18 months. Definitely not continuing to use their service once my subscription expires and can’t recommend it purely based on the CS.
