I was sent a defective band which I couldn’t use. The app would not work on my phone and Whoop’s only option to cancel is through the App - so I continue to pay for a piece of crap I can not use! Their support is absolutely pathetic! Run away - much better devices on the market
I have to say after a few months of wearing the strap I’m far from impressed. A 45min ride with my pulse more than double my resting rate doesn’t meet the requirements for an activity...? Updates shut of HR broadcast so I have to repair my device anytime it updates. I emailed customer service about the output/activity issue and basically got an email reply saying “you aren’t working hard enough”. Sad to say I paid for 18mo of membership and I’m pretty much over owning it after four.
I cancelled my membership and still 3 months later you are still taking money out of my account. My membership shows inactive but the money is coming out. That is stealing. I can’t get a hold of the company. So shady. I will never support this company again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is garbage. I love Whoop's concept and even was having a lot of friends get their own, but my battery went out in less than a month. I ordered a new one and that one didn't work at all. Called and emailed customer support or "Membership Services" when the second one arrived broken to only to have 18 different people ask me to send them a picture showing that I correctly plugged in my USB cord. I understood the request at first but now it's insulting. The order form shows the device arrived on Friday and I re... read more
They force you into a contract and won’t let you out even if you are un satisfied with the product
SCAM. Not a good product and they lock you in for 6 months or more. Customer Service is non existent. Bad business.
I just wanted to give a positive review for the excellent customer service .. after I placed my order I changed my mind and cancelled- this was prompted by two things, initially the negative reviews on here about service played a part but ultimately the main reason for cancelling is I don’t think I’m at the stage to really get value from the product (I broke my ankle earlier this year and have only just started exercising with more intensity). Anyway, the product had already been shipped when i cancelled, after my email I wa... read more
I’ve been a strength and conditioning coach going on over a decade. The WHOOP is an awesome system. If you live in an area with poor connectivity and you’re not often connected to wi-fi you need to be patient for the system to catch up. Luckily it stores data up to 3 days until the battery needs recharged. WHOOP was a huge catalyst in improving my sleep and overall performance.
Hi Whoop. I’ve been emailing, DM via Twitter and all other forms of contact since the start of August when you and DPD stole my shoes. You still have them at your warehouse in Holland and ignore all requests for help. If anybody is thinking of buying from whoop, don’t.
