It loses connection to Iphone all the time. It's not accurate enough when I do cardio. one's heart rate is often completely skewed. I'm sorry I'm forced to pay for all 6 months when it's that bad.

Customer service is awful. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get any sort of resolution.

Battery stop working is cheaply made because it's plastic try to get a replacement with tech-support and they're not doing it they want me to do all these hurdles over and over again try calling them you get a message to work with this message only support I had to cancel and charge it back save yourself the headache if they really want your business they will take care of the customers it's unfortunate but that's what happens when profits are more valuable than the actual people buying the products

A Fitbit does exactly the same thing and does not have any monthly subscriptions 😂 Why would anyone get this when they can buy a Fitbit with a one time purchase 😂 Junk

Have had a lot of issues with it. Connectivity issues primarily. I have a newer iPhone. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and return it. Why keep a product that takes a two page explanation on how to reconnect the strap. And the distance tracking technology is terrible.

Defective from outset and customer service was deplorable. Tech kept recommending the same steps that failed in past. Instead of allowing me to return watch and get pro-rated refund, the tech just cancelled membership. Stay away from this company at all costs. Look at all these terrible reviews..

I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this product. As many past customers have said, the concept is good, but the actual product and the customer service is beyond deplorable. If you buy this, there is an incredibly high probability that either the charger will stop working within the first week or two or the entire watch will stop working.
