Terrible and extremely arrogant customer support
RecommendedHave had my 3.0 Whoop strap since June ‘19 and love it. Easy to use and the app gets better and better, the info has really helped me make sensible decisions around training, intensity and sleep amongst others. Cheers Whoop!

I've had terrible experience with customer service.. when I got my whoop my battery pack wouldnt charge and it took 3 weeks of emailing back and forth until they said they would send me a replacement. They were short emails, andbi only got one once a day (excluding weekends) and it took me in literal circles. As far as the band goes,.. I think there are definitely inaccuracies,.. No customer support or help. Good product when it works however constant issues. Automated answers. Nobody to talk to Another week no help and yet more endless issues. Will not record accurate data when cycling outside but as always no help or customer support. Strap is a joke and does not work consistently. Stay well clear
been waiting for over a month for my band to ship. had the exact same issue last year, but this time they are blaming the Corona Virus for shipping delays, yet they had bands for sale in Miami at Wodapalooza this past weekend. pathetic company.
