Awesome product. I’ve been using it for two months now and I love it. When I wear other “fitness tech” I always end up checking it constantly and it drives me nuts. I love how the WHOOP basically gives me a nice summary every day and I don’t feel the need to check my status hourly. I wake up and check out where I am at and check it again before bed to see how I attacked the day!
Great customer service and awesome product
I was slightly nervous after ordering the Whoop and then reading into some of the comments on here. I received my strap three days ago and everything works perfectly. Very pleased with the app and being able to accurately track my sleep patterns.
Improve customer service support. Timely response via email, 2-3 hours. Online chat platform and a phone number that can reach a live person.
Best analytics device so far for tracking when you are ready for peak performance and when you should probably have a day of rest. I recommend this to both athletes and lazy bums (I am the latter.) For me, it serves as a catalyst to go out and jog and enjoy the great outdoors on the days when i'm in my prime. I'm also a bit of a hypchondriac so I use it to track my heart rate during "meditation" activity. It helps my anxiety because I can see my heart rate drop in real time. Customer service number is just a recording. I've emailed with no response. I have a new strap that will not charge. How do I reach you to get this fixed?
Whoop has perhaps the WORST customer service, I have ever experienced. I have been trying to contact Whoop for the past several days without one response via; phone, eMail, and even FB! How does a company expect people to buy and trust the brand when they just ignore their customer base. They do not possess the infrastructure to handle the increased velocity of sales to support their customer base. A product is only as good as its customer support and in technology, Customer Support is critical.
