No customer service. Strap stopped working almost a week ago and no email response and no one picks up when you call the office
Ordered two whoop bracelets with two annual memberships for xmas gifts. Cost me about $500. They only shipped one of the bracelets. UPS tracker identified there was only ever one shipped. Customer service is dead and wont respond to email. About to report this to the credit card company. Way to make Christmas hard.

Works spot on.. Great info to aid training. I've found customer service to actually be very good. On Facebook at least they were very helpful and fairly swift in answering considering the time difference.

Using whoop now for almost 4 months. I’m very happy. My trainings and sleep habits have changed absolutely positive. There were no technical issues at all. I truly can recommend whoop. It keeps me motivated and I love the challenges.
The single worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Well, actually, I haven’t dealt with them because they don’t answer their customer service line, email or even at corporate headquarters. Going to the operator at Corporate disconnects your phone. Plus, the strap sucks. This is a scam and I am returning the piece of crap. No wonder the strap is free
Develop an actual customer service department. Received my Whoop three months ago and Strain Coach has never worked. Reported three times; received replies from two different CSRs but both times after two weeks communication stops. I cancelled the credit card used for payment so maybe when Whoop stops getting their $30/month they will fix my problem.
This is a terrible company with awful customer service. Stay far away and save your money! The watch they sent me stopped working after 3 days. I repeatedly tried to email customer service who said to send them some diagnostic data. I did that.. TWICE And even CC’d myself on it so I know it went though. They have no answered 5 emails now asking for a refund and my money back. Save your money the customer service is absolutely awful. Stick with myzone!! Stilll no answers.
