AMAZING product with AMAZING customer service. I love my Whoop! It has changed my workout stress level forcing me to go harder. Highly recommend.
Atrocious customer service.
whoop is NOT a good product. connectivity and accuracy is sketchy. customer service is auto fill emails that dont address issues.. way too expensive for the poor amount of service and cheap product. I have a gym and was looking to promote a product to rival the fitbit... this experience has changed my thinking.
Not accurate compared to fitbit
waste of time and money, app is crap.
Need a PhD to manage this thing and it undercounts calories lifting. Made for endurance athletes not people who institute strength.... grrrrr very disappointed

Customer service is brutally bad. I am a founding member -- supported them from early on. My strap stopped working and no response from Whoop. CEO sent an email to members promising better customer service but it has not happened
