They don’t respond to emails. Put a negative comment on their Instagram though and they get back to you quickly. Seems they have more people working on social media than customer service.

I’ve been using Whoop for 3 months now. It become a very useful tool in determining what days to push myself and what days to take it easy. The sleep tracking has been one of the most useful parts of the experience. I’ve had sleep issues most of my adult life, but the Whoop has made me focus on getting more sleep in order to get better recovery. I also like using the Strain Coach to track my activities.
Fix false HR reading and customer support for your product .
WHOOP Marketing is better than customerservice. I’ve had several issues with WHOOP and get no response from customer service. Purchased on American Express intend to cancel and let them argue it out with Amex. Great concepts poor execution!
