I had the 2.0 strap and it worked well. It stopped collecting data and they sent me a 3.0 that doesn’t work. Crazy high HR. Everything I do registers as an activity. No HRV values. No recovery due to not enough data. No sleep REM or deep sleep showing up. Absolutely worthless. Customer service hasn’t responded to any of my emails over 2 week period. I guess if you get a good strap it’s worth it, but I’m out...due to worst customer service ever!!!

Really wanted to love this product, but...very frustrating that there is no phone contact for support, and their email response is so slow-plus, when they do answer, they just copy and paste their FAQs and do not address the specific problem. I'm returning mine because I can't get it connected and can't get help from them. And yes, I've read the FAQs and followed the instructions.
Pretty reliable watch with very good insight into how to obtain better sleep, recovery and overall performance. I try different supplements for sleeping all the time and have seen changes in my sleeping habits as well as recovery ultimately helping me in choosing the right type of sleeping medication and the proper do’s aging as well. Has been a game changer for me.
the support is truly truly dreadful - has bad day on the phone to DMV...but you actually can't speak to anyone. I bought my new strap and it won't pair with my Android phone. whoop initially sent me a how to pair with iOS how to guide. Then after 4 days sent me a standard knowledge article (which on their site) that I'd already tried and have now vanished. it's shocking. I've not got the app working yet to give any functional feed back
I love Whoop! The data is incredible with actionable insights that truly make a difference. The podcast is packed with great content that gets you excited about the metrics.
This is a joke i ordered on the 30th August 13 days later the item has not even been shipped. What the point in promoting your product if you can supply them, so far you suck.
