Whoop needs to improve on customer service- response time. The concept it's nice and I think users who choose it, are already willing to cope with the flaws coming from it being on development but the least they could offer is good customer service in return.
My old Fitbit Charge 2 is much more accurate at tracking my sleep than the new WHOOP 3.0, despite all the fan fair I bought into. I had been so excited hearing the device talked about that I'd failed to realize it doesn't even have a front-screen, so I am unable to read my heart rate by looking down at my wrist. I bought this for a gift and the person didn't want it. I have been trying to return it and am not getting any help. There is no one that answers calls or emails and the company seems to be unscrupulous. I do not recommend this company

I ordered my whoop the last week of July 2019 . I received my whoop two weeks later in August. Whoop insists on changing one of my prepaid 12 months as July 2019. I had no ability to track a single day in July 2019. In addition there is no proactive stance on delivery dates by whoop . When I would investigate my estimated delivery whoop was extremely dismissive. Ok product at best . Zero customer service.
It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order, & 3 weeks since I’ve sent support an email (3 emails by now) Still no response to them. If you take the time to read reviews - you’ll see that this is a big problem with the company right now, and many people are having big trouble getting support. Their social media team is separate from the actual support team (via email only). The phone number tells you they’re receiving an awful lot of calls and you must email them to get in touch. I've been wanting to give WHOOP a try for quiet some time now. Watching Buttery Bros use the product along with a few of my weightlifting friends got me hooked. So my husband decided to surprise me for my upcoming birthday and gift me one. Well..... As of yesterday all of my activities are pending as well as last nights sleep recovery. I've tried resetting it, erasing content (which didn't work), and googling anything else that might fix the issue. I also sent an email to Whoop.
