Got my band on Monday, set it up on Tuesday worked for 1 day and nothing since. Charged battery pack but when I go to charge strap it’s dead... no lights coming on... I have emailed numerous times. Considering sending it back & cancelling membership... Awful customer service..

how do i get a response from this company? ordered two straps on 6/25 and only got one. email turnaround time is an absolute joke. got a pretty quick response when I tagged them on Instagram but it was just a copy and pasted reply. anyone else have any luck getting an unfulfilled order issue resolved?

Love the product and app, but 3-5 days response time for customer assistance/tech support is unacceptable for any company who wishes to be successful in the long run. If you are having an overwhelming response, you need to hire more people.

Great device from a company that doesn't seem ready for prime time. It's great when it works. If you have an issue, be prepared to wait because they are "busy". They will apologize for your fustration, but not their lack of service. Curiously, they aren't too busy to charge that monthly fee, working or not.

Technology is cool, when it works, but the customer service shows no sense of urgency. This is especially disappointing in a “monthly” subscription that they charge 6-18 months in advance. I have made multiple efforts to get some help for a device that suddenly stopped connecting with the app, so it’s especially useless. My “subscription” is paid through April 2020, for which I am essentially getting nothing. What a waste!
