I love the product. It has absolutely helped me be more accountable on recovery. That being said, the company itself has, as other reviews say, some customer service issues. I’ve reached out regarding a replacement clasp (had an email from Mike on Monday) and haven’t had a response all week after giving my address for the replacement. I know your busy with the rollout of 3.0 but I’m already a paying customer. This is extremely frustrating considering you have email, text, and FB messenger options for communication and I’m no... read more
Customer service will not return calls or emails. Frustrating.
Attempting to return my whoop strap within the first 30 days as the data is not accurate therefore I cannot justify the cost. Initial response from customer services has now been met by nothing. The whole thing is a con. The strap has to be returned 45 days. I suspect this is the reason for silence. @Will Ahmed sort your customer services out!
My whoop broke a week ago, I sent an email and a customer sulport person Tricia responded they would semd me a replacement. They asked fornmy address and never heard of them again. Dont know if they will send it or not. I've sent atbkeast 4 emails and no one responds. Very disappointed
Somehow I got charged for 2. Notified custmer service and they said they will ship both and I will be refunded once they get it back minus shipping! They have set a new low in the custmer service experience for me. After reading of other people’s comments I am thinking of sending them both back. Anyone else have a negative experience with Whoop?
Love the sensors and app. Do not like the straps: The Hydroband and Liteweave loosen up by themselves too quickly, allowing the sensor to slip down to the wrist and run into issues with HR tracking during workouts. The Liteweave is the worst of them. The technica, the default band is great for about 2 months maybe 3 and then that one too starts to slip in the sensor and loosen, but no where near as bad as the other two. The straps generally need some extra friction where they thread through the strap.
Terrible and they deleted my comments on their ads about it being terrible too.
Give me great insights and feedback. Customer support is top notch. Wish the battery last longer but I got used to charge it every couple of days.
WHOOP has been awesome! I am a long course triathlete (70.3) and I love the extra insight for training / strain / rest / recovery....gives me some fantastic data and helps me change my behaviors to maximize my training. So happy with my WHOOP! AND the podcasts are extremely informative as well, good stuff all-around.
