I'm really loving the recovery score. it is motivating me to step up my sleep game. Support has been very responsive when ever I've had questions. Strava makes it easy to compete on segments, WHOOP makes it easy to compete on the other half of training -- recovery. A co-worker who got a WHOOP strap and I are having fun competing.

Customer service has always been responsive and helpful any time I've contacted them. Offered a generous discount for a piece of kit when I raised the issue of European subscribers not being able to use the offer codes on the regular emails.

They were very good about replacing my unit due to internal battery storage capacity issue with proactive replacment. Very impressed with service by Tricia and team - far surpassed expectations! :-). Thank-you WHOOP!!

Mind boggled that you would charge $50 in shipping to Canada. I was very interested in ordering but not with that kind of shipping rates. Ridiculous.

The worst customer service on the planet. $150 for a replacement device after months of fees is ridiculous. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

Terrible customer service. They can't even spell your name correctly. Data is good, but the bands suck. Constantly flipping, or breaking (within 2 days of getting a new liteweave). Upon reaching out to customer service, all they did was send me a code for a new band, and I have to pay S+H.
