I recommended Whoop to a friend who was on the fence and ended up subscribing due to my experience. Whoop seems to be accurate for me but my friend was really confused about the Whoop outputs versus how she felt. Long story short, Whoop touts its fantastic customer service (Dr. Bob Arnot being a huge advocate of their customer service on the podcast), yet when my friend emailed Whoop, she got a response 6 days later and it completely ignored her question. Instead, it accused her of wearing the device inaccurately rather than... read more

This product isnt designed for any kind of active use. Didnt last 15mins in the gym and the tiny metal clasp popped out of the housing from a bend of the wrist. Customer service sends a new one, samething happened and they tell me just "bend it back". Then the buckle that keeps the strap tight would no longer keep the strap in place . Also the membership is poorly designed, 6month subscription and cant cancel. Very very poor product stay far away from this company and product

My 3.0 strap will not connect to my iPhone. All I get is the connecting page and nothing happens. My new strap has now stopped showing its LED lights even when I put a working full battery pack on, tapping the strap, nothing lights up. But my phone can still find it on Bluetooth. I have tried all the solutions other users have suggested to get the strap to pair with the app but nothing has worked and I have had ZERO response from WHOOP to try and resolve this issue. The customer service is nonexistent.

I loved the Whoop 2.0, data was always updated and the only frustrating thing was battery life. So when a new Whoop was announced with longer battery I was excited to jump on board. However with the new Whoop 3.0 I have been nothing but frustrated. 1st: the arctic strap was advertised in multiple pictures and platforms as grey when in reality it’s bright white. 2nd: with the app the Whoop 3.0 won’t keep up to date unless the app is open, therefore draining my phone. If I do close the app it takes forever to update when I reo... read more

I purchased a Whoop band and after a few weeks I developed a severe pain on my wrist and out of desperation I removed it. The pain went away and I put it back on. After just a few weeks the pain returned and it was even more severe. Again, I took the band off and the pain went away. I decided to not wear the band again and requested a refund. They pain has not returned and 2 weeks later I am STILL waiting for my refund.
