Just received my Whoop strap 3.0 and I am loving it. I had some problems setting it up but costumer service was fantastic and helped me with all of my questions.
get it to work!!! This is ridiculous that you wait this long and it wont even recognize bluetooth
Strap no longer works after 2 months and after 3 emails still no response. Extremely poor customer service and won’t be continuing to pay for a service which Whoop cannot provide

I purchased a Whoop Strap through their website 3 weeks ago. I’ve yet to receive the item and none of my inquiries regarding not receiving the item have been answered. Not very professional of you.
I love the product. I love what I’m able to achieve with it, but we are paying $30 a month with the worst customer service on the planet. My watch and app has been down for a day or so. It’s impossible to reach someone and when I do, I get the most generic answers. My last issue with the product still wasn’t resolved. They kind of just left it in the air and since their new IOS app update on June 4, 2019 I haven’t been able to connect my strap or get my data to catch up. The analytics are great, but the hardware is a cheap POS, and since I can't wear the hardware, the analytics are moot. Day one, the clasp broke. Day two, the bands I ordered both start slipping so I have to tape them to keep the band on. I kept it through both because I loved the analytics and duct tape solves everything. But now the band snapped. I've only had this POS for two months. I received my strap 6 days ago and it won't hold a charge. I've attempted to contact customer service three different ways and have received no response. Total garbage.
AWFUL! Dear Whoop Customer Service: I have tried contact you via email twice and via phone, to no avail. I would like to return the Whoop strap; the device will not charge even with a full battery pack, and it serves me no real purpose other than stating the obvious that more sleep = better recovery. When you can't service what you sell, it becomes an even more useless tool. Please respond to my inquiries or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau.
