I have had my Whoop 3.0 for about 2 weeks with no issues until last night. at about 1.30 a.m. the strap flashed a red/white light and then when I woke up this morning I realized that it had been offline since that time. I made sure that it was 100% charged last night so thats not the issue. Now it will not turn on at all and it completely unresponsive. The idea for this product is a good one but it’s being execute by a company that isn’t ready to play in the fitness wearable arena. The product design is clunky and cheap. The straps are just a piece of elastic with some style. The battery life is far from the 5 days the advertise, but still longer than an Apple Watch. The worst part is once you get a failing product good luck getting any response from support. I couldn't be more disappointed with the Whoop 3.0 band. Waited about a month to receive the product, only for it to not 'update'. Numerous emails to the support center, and no reply. What am I paying for? The only ease I feel is that plenty of other members are experiencing the same difficulties. I'm kind of waiting for Whoop to reply here with, "did you try contacting our support center?"

Worst CustomerService service I have ever experienced😠. Ordered a Whoop 5 days ago and wanted the Onyx (Black model) but the invoice in my mail says artic (White model). Have tried borg e-mail and Facebook messenger, but no response. An hour ago I got a tracking number, but still have no idea which color I’m gonna get 😠
Sent me a strap that doesn’t work and won’t return emails or phone calls, now out $300. Will be reporting them. Worst customer service
Ordered a Woop 3.0... spent 300 euro and after 5 day's it broke. Won't charge anymore and customer service has vanished from the earth. Spent 35 euro on phone calls. Send emails... No communication what so ever about what's happening. Frustrating for a "premium" service...
(a) Have a product that works. (b) Have a customer service/support team that does just that.
WoW this is a company that REALLY the BEST! After 18 months , they notify me that they want to send me a NEW Strap 2.0 because of some “possible “ battery issue with the one I bought in Dec 2017! They could’ve been like most companies and just said not their problem after 90 days etc . But NO they notify me before I have ANY issues with my Strap! I love my Strap 2.0!
