Dreadful v3.0 rollout plagued with tech issues. Definitely not worth the price tag and bordering on a scam.

Very disappointed - having problems with the whoop yet no response to a support request two weeks ago, sent another last week and a messenger message yesterday. Am hoping I haven’t wasted my money!

Overall, I am happy with the product. Had the 2.0 strap for two years. July's 3.0 strap rollout was not good. But four weeks later the 3.0 strap is now working as solid as the 2.0. Here is to another two years!

Absolutely awful service and a scam. I received the product and it worked for 2 day and now it won’t charge. I’ve emailed customer service and nothing. I’m sure they won’t treat all their high profile athletes this way. STAY AWAY!

Said the product was in stock when I ordered it and that it would ship the following week. Now two weeks later I have not received the product and they don’t answer their phone and say it will be 3-5 days to answer an email. Oddly they had no problem charging my credit card the day I ordered it instead of the day they shipped it. Buyer beware.

The Whoop 3 shouldn't have been available to order if it wasn't ready. it's now been nearly 2 months waiting for my upgrade with a serious lack of updates leading to huge frustration. My upgrade was my birthday present. my birthday was 4th June.. it's now nearly August. I love my Whoop, but the customer service and handling of the Whoop 3 has been a shambles. very tempted to cancel my order and spend the money on a Garmin instead.
