I had an issue when my device was first mailed, but customer service was great and resolved my issue that day when I messaged through facebook messenger. Thank you WHOOP!

I really wish I could write a positive review, but....no response to my email for support in over 6 days! I signed up at The Crossfit Games, and during set up issues, the staff forgot to return my battery, charging cable, and bag. I now have a device that can't be charged, and zero response to my support ticket for help! All numbers I call have a recorded message telling me to raise a support ticket! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!! I bought this as a gift for my son. He has had it about 6 weeks and the band is completely broken. He can’t even wear it now. This is very disappointing!

My band says it is linked but none of the data will load. There is nothing in the FAQs to address this.

WHOOP, I am always in low power mode on my iPhone, so I do not constantly have to charge my phone. I also do not have my phone in my bedroom at all, never. Is healthy and should improve your HRV, so having a must on the app to be connected and in range and working ads exrta stress. Why can it not record internally? That is a counter productive product you have here.

The whoop is a fantastic tool and I have enjoyed it for nearly a year. There are some Inconsistencies with it picking up activity since the new 3.0 strap that I’m not happy about. The whoop 3.0 I received a week ago hasn’t worked correctly since. I have tried every update, reset and troubleshooting offered by whoop and nothing. It just says data catching up and it never catches up. The most frustrating thing about having issues with your whoop is the complete lack of responsive customer service. Hey Whoop, I've been a loyal customer for a few months now and I want to upgrade to Whoop 3.0. I moved from UK to Latvia which is still European zone and I pay for my membership in Euros. You have previously shipped a navy strap via DHL I believe. However, when I enquired if I can get a new strap delivered to Latvia, which, again, seems reasonable to me as a loyal customer who's looking to UPGRADE and lives in EU, I received a no as an answer.
