Had an issue with my Whoop 3.0 not working. Customer service was difficult to obtain but once I did they resolved the issue and it works great now.

great product but not a very good customer service, since this is a subscription product I would have expected much better. battery pack stopped working after several attempts at contacting customer services I eventually just ordered a new one, by which time I have gone through a month subscription (unused) and had to pay £60 for a new battery pack. won't be renewing but will be looking for alternatives, the ease of use of the HRV was the selling point but I'll be going back to elite HRV and using a chest strap

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to return my band for over two weeks. No email response and MINIMAL text response. They keep saying they will send a label to ship back but don’t.

Received a band that doesn't work/constantly loses data. Tried using it for three days and spent hours and hours each day reconnecting it. Initiated a return 25th June, still no return label. Chased 3rd July - still no return label. Sent tweet to ask for return address so I can post it myself. No reply. These people took over 300 EUR from me and gave me a faulty product. I will be taking action.

I've been charged for the initial fee, and one month of service so far. No strap. No answers on the customer support line (it just put me in a queue, then told me to email support@whoop.com after a few minutes and disconnected).
