I have been trying to return my Whoop for over a week now and can not get a reply. Can someone please help me. If not I will be forced to file a charge back claim with my credit card. Please help.

I’ve had problems with my unit as has my husband and we can’t reach anyone at the company to help us. I’ve now requested a refund and have been told 3 times that I would receive a return address label but still haven’t received anything. Pretty poor customer service.....
Response from customer service terrible. Message says that lines are to busy to email them.Have waited 3 days an no response to email. Hope another company comes aboard with better service
I purchased the 3.0 on August 13th, found out estimated ship date was August 23rd. After not hearing from them, I emailed customer service on September 2nd and was informed the LiteWeave black strap (an extra strap I ordered) was back ordered, and that was the reason for the delay. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Order product over a month ago, got delivered to the wrong address and now not even a response for 2 weeks. How is this in anyway acceptable?
Make it actually work when it arrives. Provide better/quicker support.
I'd be happy to change my recommendation later, but at the moment, slow-to-nonexistent service is a GENUINE PROBLEM. I had to wait all summer for my 3.0 strap, and it isn't that well supported by the software (uploads are much slower than 2.0). Whoop offers an okay physical product and some really well-conceived software, but Whoop, YOU MUST BACK IT UP WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
