It has altered the way I train, sleep, and recover which is vital for the level of competition the NFL requires AND any type of training the average consumer does. Whoop is great so far, but they need an activity of ‘snow shovelling’ to be added. I’m up to 15.5 strain today after bike workout, some stretching, and two bouts of trying to clear the 30cm snowfall from last night...third and final bout later today!

I made the comment about how the upfront fee and then the monthly subscription charge was over priced. they then responded saying that the upfront fee is the year long membership however the website States the cost is to start followed by the monthly fee. after my question about there being an option to forego the start up cost and just do a monthly subscription was ignored I found my comments were deleted by the company. this poor... read more

Terrible shipping experience for Canadians. Add $60 USD for shipping, Add $104 CAD for Customs clearance.
So far so good. One thing of feedback, the strap slips and that is a bit of a pain. I am using tape that I use for my fingers during bjj to keep it locked in. So far that is the only huge problem I have. Other than that, this thing is a game changer. I would say you should open up the team section so that people can just make groups and do challenges, but support has helped me with that already in a manually way which is great.
