I love my whoop band I have been using it for almost a year. I have hit my PR in almost every distance I race. I sleep better and it helps monitor why some nights are better than others. I rarely ever take my band off and when I do it is so I can clean the strap. The only thing I would improve on is battery life. I have to charge it at best every other day.
I ordered my strap and it was shipped promptly, however on arrival after I download the app and sync the device to my phone the app will not download any data from my device due to my account not being active. Customer service is non existent. I have called, emailed and messaged them all day today and have received no help with activating my account. The website is cumbersome and I can find nowhere for account activation besides ordering a new band. They weren’t so slow in taking my money.

As a masters Crossfit athlete, I have to take recovery much more seriously vs when I was younger. Without naming names, I’ve tried several wearables in an attempt to track progress and recovery, then I found Whoop. This is hands-down the best wearable for tracking recovery.
Been using the band for over a year and it worked great, but it was recalled in April due to a fire hazard. After waiting a month the replacement arrived and it will not stay connected to the phone - defective. Sorry Whoop but I can not go back to FitBit fast enough. I am losing exercise data as I write this. Good luck
Excellent product, I just wish a watch would have this technology. Hopefully the designers will modify the bracelet.
