So far I find the device very inaccurate. HR is consistently too high, calories burned is absurd. Nearly 6,000 per day and I generally only train 1 hour per day. I am 45 y/o and cannot imagine my metabolism is that fast. As for the sleep, I am a professional firefighter. One night we went on a call @ 3:30am and do not return to the firehouse until after 5am. The band does not detect sleep properly and the calorie estimates are ridiculous and inconsistent. I consider it a wate of money!
I’ve had my Whoop for about 3 months. Loved it for the first two months, until the charge on the device and battery just went out. I can’t even wear it over night now without having to recharge the unit, even with the battery attached. The software is really awesome, esp for the fitness enthusiast, and it seems to be accurate for me. But my boyfriends says he burns 8000+ cal per day (usually close to 1000 before he even wakes up) and he is not that active—who could be?!?! Have even the most minimal customer support, it doesnt work and you dont care
I’ve been waiting for a week to have the customer service department respond back to me about a tracking issue. The number I was given doesn’t exist. Emails, phone calls and general inquiries... still nothing. I called the corporate office and explained my issue and I was forwarded to the same number I’ve been calling that says no one is available in the customer service department. I have no support from a company that so many rave about quality customer care

Got a new Whoop device yesterday. Spent all day trying to get it to be recognized on iPhone...bluetooth..didnt work. Support Center online says 9-5 pm ET...no response when you call...goes to voicemail. Not a great new product experience to begin with.
