The band has episodes of runaway pulse episode, I check this against several other he devises and the band is way off. I reached out to the customer service and got little or no help. There is some issue with the hr rate or run away pulse if you charge it while you wear it. There is no info in the manual advising not to wear it while charging. I would find an alternative he devise.
Was supposed to have received the Whoop this week, however I can’t even get the Whoop shipped to me because they are backlogged again. Poor customer service response. Delayed again for another few weeks which is completely unacceptable. Especially considering that the product was paid for and of course already charged to my credit card. I think it would be an amazing product if it had a better strap. The strap that comes with it doesn’t stay snug and the tape on the end of the waterproof strap starts peeling off after only a few weeks. After a while the strap starts to unravel.
I love my Whoop, but just as much, I love Whoop’s customer service!
My WHOOP app stopped working after the last Android update. Has this happened to anyone else?
I really like the whoop. the auto sleep feature has always calculated well for me. I got almost a year out of my band before I thought I needed to replace it. I wish the Android app would catch up with the ios version because they have more features. I tend to use it more for recovery practice, then strain measurement.
