My WHOOP has helped so much with my sleep. I've been using it for around 2 months now and I've been sleeping so much better. Before WHOOP I didn't have a regular sleep pattern and I didn't know how to read my body and how much sleep I needed based on my recovery. It's super helpful for being able to decide how much strain I can take on each day. I love the concept of WHOOP and they are a company with so much potential. Excited to see where they go from here!!

have loved the device so far. i have used it for last two months. had an issue today and emailed support. no response all day. the support person that answers the phone is nice but cant offer anything. i would have given it five stars if not for support quality. WHOOP - please improve your support and please respond to my repeated emails. happy to give a better review if support improves
