This review is on Customer service. A review on usability and performance will be posted after I have used the product for a month or so. Initially I was upset because I ordered next day shipping and did not realize the item was on back order. Once I messaged them on Facebook the issue was resolved immediately and a full refund of the next day shipping cost. I received my band with a week and was still granted next day shipping. My wife and I are both using WHOOP and are getting insights we never had before that are guiding the exercise routines on our Peloton Cycle, and helping us focus on our recovery and sleep. "Always On" -- taking measurements 100 times a second -- is a real step up from all the other consumer fitness tracking products, including the Apple Watch!
