Ordered mine on the 1st... keeps getting pushed back. If you’re in desperate need for one do not order one now. They are having fulfillment issues do to the “coronavirus”
Cooking dinner tonight my whoop recorded an activity at 10.5 strain, my heart rate was Over 156 apparently ...so essentially I was working harder than on my 100k cycle this morning...this happens far too often...effort score is bull and therefore recovery is not valid either
My Whoop worked for less than a month. No phone customer service just a guy who emails you suggestions for fixing but doesn’t really understand that it’s NOT working. Very disappointed
I was super excited to receive my whoop! After my long wait of simply waiting for it to be shipped I canceled my order. The date was continuously pushed back and I said enough! I am not impresses with the recent review about it being like a Fitbit and not accurately tracking sleep or workouts.
Super disappointed with my order. I ordered on Saturday February 1st with 2 day shipping. Website says orders are shipped out within a week of the order. I had a ship date of February 8th and now it's bumped to the 15th. Other reviews are suggesting their customer service is non-responsive. After these two experiences and understanding I'd be committing to 6 months of this, I cancelled my order.

I'm new to Whoop and Love It!! I'm a data junky and find Whoop provides more than the Apple Watch did. I love Whoop live and as every day passes I rely on it more and more. Honestly I was most interested in sleep and HRV. Sleep times seem to be consistent for the most part between the Apple Watch and Whoop. HRV is a different story. HRV with whoop is much closer to how I actually feel.
